If you are traveling in or out of the EU, or with a European airline, you are always entitled to claim compensation directly from the airline if your flight is canceled, delayed or if you are denied boarding, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. In such cases, you should contact the airline directly for handling and payment of such compensation.

Please note that Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 only regulates the relationship between airline and customer. As a customer with us as an intermediary, you have two agreements, one with us as an intermediary and another agreement directly with the airline. Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 only applies to the agreement you have directly with the airline for the performance of service and not the agreement you as a customer have with us as a travel agency for the provision of service.
